Delivery of FFXIV GIL


1. For the first order, we need you to reply a confirmation email via your paypal email box.

2. There are some reasons why you don't get the gil during the waiting time:

a: Your order or payment can't pass our checking.

b: You pay the order via echeck, bankwire or some other pending payment method. If you don't get the gil during the delivery time, please login your mailbox to check whether you receive any message from seller@gamevive.com or contact our Live Help Operator directly.

3. After delivering, please check your paypal email box, you will get a receipt from us. Please read and reply it according to the request in the letter.

Face-To-Face Trade

  • Get your order delivered even faster! Please enter the name of your Main Character, followed by any Alternate Characters (alts) you may have      on this server/realm, If your Main Character is not online for Face to Face delivery, we will deliver your order to the next available online Alternate      Character to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

  • Delivery is estimated to be made from 1 - 12 hrs once we have confirmed that you are in the game. Please contact our Live Support once you are      ready to login to the game. We will be sourcing the gil for your order immediately.
