The Trader/seller is to ensure that all information during submission of the Buyback order is correct and valid, including the game name, server name, character name, amount of game currency or the level, race, class, gender, gear of the account to be sold, and contact information.

Gamevive will not be liable for any claims, demands, cause of action, damage, loss, consequential loss, costs, expenses arising from invalid information provided.

Delivery and Transfer of game currencies is to be traded via 'Face to Face' Method in game and no exceptions will be accepted unless otherwise stated and agreed in writing by Gamevive.

All Orders are treated on a 'first come first serve' basis. Should the Trader/ Seller fail to show up in game at the arrange time of Trade, and another Trader/ Seller has accepted the Offer, Gamevive reserves all the rights to cancel, without notice the whole or any part of the Order and attend to the other Trader.

Should Gamevive be not able to reach the Trader/ Seller in-game after 10 minutes from the appointed Delivery Time, the Order will be cancelled immediately and a new order will have to be submitted again by the Trader.

All the account to sell, the Trader/ Seller need to guarantee the security of the account. After the transfer of the account, the Trader/ Seller cannot use the account any more. Once there is any problem with the account, the Trader/ Seller has the incumbency to assist Gamevive to resolve it.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Offers are:

a.On real time basis, wholly based on current stock movements of Gamevive and as well as the latest market prices;

b.Fixed upon submission of Order;

Unless otherwise agreed, the method to receive payments from Gamevive is by paypal in US Dollars

To receive payments, Traders are required to provide with valid and correct billing information

Gamevive will not be liable for any claims, demands, cause of action, damage, loss, consequential loss, costs, expenses arising from invalid payment information provided

Gamevive reserves the right to suspend payment or to dissolve the agreement without intervention of the courts if an order is suspected to be placed with the purpose of intentional misconduct.
